| Your landing page of the Forums tab will take you to a page to show you the latest Forums postings to ALL of your Forums so that you do not have to go to each Forum to find the newest posts. | | Messages | You can sort your messages by Date, Subject or Forum Name, see the latest postings and snippets of the post. Click on any Message to read it in its entirety.
- Read Message: if you click on a message you can see who posted it, the date it was posted, and how many (if any) Replies there are to this Forum post.
- Up: use this arrow button to move Up to the previous page of Forum posts.
- Edit Reply: If you are the Forum Owner or the Moderator, and this Forum is set to approve posts before posting, you may select Edit to approve and publish Forum posts.
- Delete Reply: if you are the Forum Owner you may Delete a Forum post if it’s inappropriate for the Forum. Please note: if you permanently Delete a Forum post this action cannot be undone.
- Replies to Messages: see all the Replies to any Forum post. They are listed in chronological order.
- Add New Reply: You may Reply to any Forum post or Reply.
- Edit Reply: If you are the Forum Owner or the Moderator, and this Forum is set to approve posts before posting, you may select Edit to approve and publish Forum posts or replies.
- Delete Reply: if you are the Forum Owner you may Delete a Forum Reply if it’s inappropriate for the Forum. Please note: if you permanently Delete a Forum Reply this action cannot be undone.
- Sort Replies: you can sort all the Replies in this Forum thread by Oldest or Newest and they will sort in chronological order.

| | Add New Forum Message | Any member of the Forum may add a new Forum post message.
- Subject: give your Forum post message a Subject
- Message: write the Forum post message that you are sending using the basic editing tools such as BOLD or colors or italics for emphasis.
- Publish Message: you may choose to publish this Message now or save it as a Draft. If you do not publish it, no one except you can read it.
- Send Email Notification: you may choose to alert other Members on the Forum that a new Message has been posted. Any Forum Member who has chosen to receive email notifications will receive this.
